Members of the Integrity Institute bring firsthand experience with the operational realities of Trust & Safety, offering insight into the technical complexities, implementation challenges, and tradeoffs involved in addressing online harms. Our Community of Experts
The Integrity Institute is a professional network of Trust and Safety experts from many of the world’s largest social media and AI companies who collaborate to conduct public-interest research. Roughly half of our members currently work at major platforms, while the other half are former practitioners who now serve as consultants, researchers, and regulators.
Our community operates independently from their current and former employers. Members volunteer their time to advance accurate public understanding of interventions addressing issues such as fraud, child safety, and AI risk mitigation. By drawing on direct operational experience, we contribute practical insight into how safety measures function in real-world systems and how they can be improved to better serve the public.
